This can occur due to continuous product development, potential variations in colour, and the possibility of substituting a product with another of similar or improved quality. All products are shipped unassembled and will require your assembly. Additional installation services may be offered for a fee.

Price Assurance

At Gardenright Retail Limited, we take pride in providing premium products to our customers at the most competitive prices. As a result, we strive to match or exceed the pricing of our competitors. If you come across the same like-for-like product at a lower price elsewhere before making your purchase, please get in touch with us via phone, email, or LiveChat. We will make every effort to meet or surpass the competitor's price.

Exceptions

To qualify for our price assurance, the alternative product from another source must be new (not a display item), have the same manufacturer and SKU, be in stock and available from a UK-based company. It's important to understand that products found to be out of stock and located via search engines like Google would not be eligible for our price assurance. There might also be cases where certain promotions by competitors cannot be matched, or the seller is not a legitimate retailer (examples: individuals, eBay sellers, select Amazon sellers, and fraudulent websites).

Customers seeking interest-based credit finance will not be eligible for price-matched items unless the competitor's terms also included such financing.

Placing Your Order

Gardenright Retail Limited offers three convenient ways to place your order: by phone, email, or online. All orders require full payment before shipping or placing an order with suppliers. This includes items placed on backorder due to unavailability. Payment ensures allocation of incoming stock to your order.

Please note: We require a contact telephone number in all cases. Orders cannot be processed without this information.

Accepted payment methods include VISA and Mastercard credit cards, and Debit cards with VISA or Mastercard logos. Online transactions also support PayPal.

For credit card orders, the shipping address must match the cardholder's registered address. If you wish to ship to an alternate address (e.g., workplace), please contact Gardenright Retail Limited before placing the order. Additional information will be requested.

In some cases, post-purchase refunds may be necessary if an order or payment does not meet our internal fraud prevention checks.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013

As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you retain the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from our website for a full refund. This right does not apply to custom-made items or perishable goods.

To cancel an order, kindly notify us via email at returns@gardenright.co.uk either before dispatch or within 14 days of item delivery. Please include your order number in your communication.

In the event of cancellation after shipping but before receipt, you are responsible for return freight charges to Gardenright Retail Limited. Refusing delivery due to damage incurred will exempt you from return charges. If you cancel your order in writing within 30 days of item delivery, you are responsible for return costs to Gardenright Retail Limited. Ensure secure packaging, insurance against loss or damage, and delivery in an as-new, saleable condition. Use a carrier that requires a signature for proof of delivery.

Please contact us via email before returning an item as the return address may differ from that of our Head Office address.

Delivery Information

Given the size of some delivery vehicles used by Gardenright Retail Limited and our carrier partners, it's crucial to inform us of any access restrictions due to property features. This includes steps, overhanging trees/shrubs, steep driveways, narrow lanes, and other obstacles that could hinder delivery. Claims arising from non/failed/refused delivery due to undisclosed access constraints cannot be entertained. If an item is refused/cancelled due to access restrictions, you will be responsible for carriage charges.

Collection of Faulty Products

Should you receive a faulty item or experience an issue upon delivery, we will arrange collection or dispatch an engineer at the manufacturer's discretion. Collection is free, or an engineer visit is arranged. Collected items must be securely packed and available for collection within 24 hours of notification. Failure to have the items ready for collection will incur a recollection charge payable by you. Upon receipt by Gardenright Retail Limited or the supplier, the product(s) will be inspected, and replacements will be arranged if necessary.

Warranty Information

All products featured on our website and in our catalogs come with a manufacturer's warranty. If you intend to use any product in a setting beyond a residential environment, ensure that the warranty covers that usage. For instance, "home use" warranties may not apply if the product is used in a Full or Light Commercial environment. If you're unsure about the usage classification you need, please inquire, and we'll verify the suitability of your chosen products. No warranty covers product failure due to unreasonable or abusive use, customer modifications, or inadequate care. Warranties usually apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable. Warranty terms vary across manufacturers; if specifics are not already outlined on the website, we're happy to provide them upon request.

Warranties Outside UK Mainland (including Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Europe & ROW - Rest of World)

If you reside outside the UK and Ireland, it's advisable to check if the product you're interested in offers warranty coverage in your region. Labor warranties may not be available for specific UK offshore postcodes.

What Should You Include in Your Review?

Opinions about other products/brands.

Defamatory guideline-violating statements.

Violent, coarse, sexist, or racially inappropriate language.

Personal information about others, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, credit card details, or any data that can be used to identify or impersonate an individual.

You acknowledge and accept that Gardenright Retail Limited may remove content violating these rules from your review. References to other companies and websites may also be removed from the review. The removal will result in blank spaces or similar, with no other alterations made to your review.

When Does Gardenright Retail Limited Remove Reviews?

As a general rule, reviews are not removed from our website. However, reviews that breach Gardenright Retail Limited Guidelines or Terms & Conditions may be taken down. Here are instances where a review might be removed:

Non-compliance with Gardenright Retail Limited's request to modify a review within the provided time frame.

The number of stars awarded seems inconsistent with the review's tone (e.g., a positive review with a low star rating).

The dissatisfaction stems from a supplier error.
