At Gardenright Retail Limited, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience and offer free delivery on all orders. This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions of our delivery service for customers within the United Kingdom. We aim to deliver your product within 7 – 10 working days, unless otherwise stated. In certain circumstances, such as custom orders or where the supplier does not currently hold stock, this could be longer. To ensure your ultimate satisfaction, we will contact you should the delivery timescales fall outside of those expected.
Kerbside Delivery Service
Kerbside delivery refers to the delivery of heavy items on pallets to the nearest accessible point to your delivery address, which is typically the kerbside or driveway.
Our delivery service is available throughout the United Kingdom. Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may have limited delivery options, and additional charges may apply. Please contact our customer support team for more information.
We make every effort to provide accurate estimated delivery times. However, delivery times may vary depending on product availability, your location, and other factors. Estimated delivery times will be communicated to you during the ordering process. Our delivery partner will contact you in advance to schedule a suitable delivery date. It is essential to be available to accept the delivery on the agreed-upon date to avoid any delays or additional charges.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that there is a clear and safe pathway to the delivery location, free from obstacles and hazards. This includes ensuring that driveways and pathways are clear of snow, ice, and other obstructions.
Customers must inform us of any potential access issues, such as narrow driveways, low bridges, or gates that may restrict access for delivery vehicles. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or delivery delays.
Upon delivery, customers or their designated representatives must inspect the items for damage or missing parts. Any issues should be noted on the delivery documentation provided by the driver.
Liability and Disclaimers
Gardenright Retail Limited shall not be held liable for any damage to property or injury to individuals during the delivery process.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the delivered items for any damage or discrepancies at the time of delivery. Please refer to our Returns Policy for information on reporting and resolving such issues.
Gardenright Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@gardenright.co.uk. The return address will be confirmed via email as this may differ from our head office address, for example, this may be directly back to the supplier.
The product being returned must have been purchased online on the Gardenright Retail Limited website or over the phone. Some special order items (e.g. manufactured to order only or imported especially for a specific customer) do not qualify for the 30 Day Return option. Should this be the case, you will be advised of this prior to shipment.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
If you cancel your order in writing after it has been shipped but not yet received or you refuse to accept the delivery, then you are responsible for all return freight charges to Gardenright Retail Limited. If you cancel your order in writing within 30 days of delivery of your item(s) it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Gardenright Retail Limited at your expense. You must ensure that the goods are securely packed and insured against loss or damage and the goods arrive in an as new, saleable condition by a carrier that requires a signature as proof of delivery.

Damages and Issues
Please note any customer refusing to accept delivery of their order for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit will be subject to paying the return carriage cost incurred by Gardenright Retail Limited.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@gardenright.co.uk quoting your original order number.
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased from this website for a full refund. This does not apply to items made to your specification, perishable goods or goods purchased in store.
To cancel your order you must send an email to returns@gardenright.co.uk either before your order is despatched or within 30 days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number.
Consumer Rights Act 2015
You have early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, you do not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item.
